Schedule: Full Time
Experience: 3+ years of marketing, minimum 1 year in restaurant, hospitality or consumer retail.
Position Summary FB Society is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results‑driven Brand Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts. This role will oversee all aspects of brand management, digital and traditional marketing, customer engagement and overall growth strategy for our actively growing concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of consumer trends in the food and beverage industry, and a proven track record of driving brand success through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our brand vision and business objectives across multiple restaurant concepts.
Oversee and ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone and visual identity across all platforms and locations.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, email marketing, social media strategy (alongside the Content Coordinator) and paid advertising to increase customer engagement and drive foot traffic.
Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities and stay updated with best practices; use insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
Work closely with operations, design and finance teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue goals.
Develop relationships with media and influencers, assist with coordinating PR initiatives and foster community partnerships to enhance brand presence and reputation.
Identify and activate local marketing opportunities, sponsorships and grassroots marketing while partnering with restaurant operations to execute sales‑building promotions.
Oversee marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost management and return on investment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
Proven experience with digital marketing, social media strategy and brand management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, data analysis and customer insights.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
Passion for food and the restaurant industry with a keen sense of current dining trends.
