The Role We're seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to join our growing marketing team and help drive the digital presence and marketing initiatives across our 15 brands and 21 locations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee members of the marketing team while actively working alongside them on day‑to‑day projects and initiatives. You'll take the lead on executing marketing strategies and deliverables, not just managing from a distance—this role requires rolling up your sleeves and being directly involved in the work to get projects done.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor marketing team members, working collaboratively on projects while providing guidance and support on daily tasks and professional development
Take ownership of managing and updating digital presence across all brand websites, including building out webpages, event listings, menus, and promotional content
Ensure optimization and accuracy of business information across review platforms (Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, TripAdvisor, etc.)
Directly execute and lead email and SMS marketing campaigns, including strategy development, list segmentation, and performance analysis
Actively work on graphic design projects using Canva alongside the marketing team
Coordinate and execute multi‑location marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to leadership
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and marketing workflows
Lead and actively participate in event marketing and promotional campaigns across locations
Utilize marketing tools including Popmenu (website platform), Slack, and Notion to streamline workflows and team collaboration (training provided)
Maintain organized project management systems for yourself and direct reports and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables
Stay current on hospitality marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi‑location or multi‑brand environment
Proficiency in Canva with a strong visual eye for design and brand aesthetics
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
Experience managing websites and content management systems
Strong understanding of email/SMS marketing platforms and best practices
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output
Mac proficiency required
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and brand consistency
Self‑motivated, efficient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Hard‑working, hands‑on approach with willingness to be actively involved in project execution
Career‑minded individual looking to grow with a dynamic company
Preferred Qualifications
Hospitality or restaurant industry background
Graphic design skills and experience (nice to have but not mandatory)
Experience with review management and reputation platforms
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Familiarity with Popmenu, Slack, or Notion (training provided for all tools)
Passion for food and beverage culture
What We Offer
