Scheffel Financial Services is seeking a Financial Advisor to consult with clients to help them achieve their long-term financial goals such as retirement planning, building wealth, and insurance needs. As an independent firm, we are committed to providing independent, unbiased guidance. As an Advisor you will:
Provide team focused financial guidance and advise clients on retirement planning, building wealth, and insurance needs.
Build genuine, long‑term relationships based on shared values and goals.
Build our brand through networking in our community.
Identify client goals using a consultative, client focused approach and develop plans to help clients meet those goals.
Work closely with CPA’s to provide clients with coordinated investment and tax strategies.

Requirements
Series 7 and 66 required. Life and health licenses as a goal.
Background check.
2+ years of experience preferred.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required.
CFP, CFA, or CPA a plus.
Compensation
Base Salary:
based on experience, ranging from $80,000 to $140,000.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is eligible for performance‑based bonuses tied to individual and firm success.
