Financial Advisor (Career Changers Encouraged)

Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Create comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement, taxes, and estate needs.
Recommend tailored investment and tax-efficient strategies aligned with client goals.
Support clients with retirement income projections, pension options, and long-term planning.
Partner with legal, tax, and estate professionals to deliver fully integrated solutions.
Evaluate risk and recommend insurance options when needed.
Assist business owners with succession planning.
Prepare clear, customized financial reports and client presentations.
Stay current on regulations and maintain strict compliance standards.
Build long-term client relationships with trust, communication, and expertise.
Pursue ongoing professional development and certifications.
What You Bring
CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS, or JD in estate/tax planning preferred.
Series 65—or Series 7 + 66—required within 60 days if no CFP/CFA.
CFP or CFA required within 3 years if not already held.
Strong client-facing skills and an eagerness to learn quickly.
Background in tax, accounting, or legal work is a major plus.
