Base pay range: $50,425.00/yr - $61,548.00/yr
Additional pay range provided by New York State Center for Recruitment & Public Service; actual pay based on skills and experience.
Description Perform journey level plumbing and steam-fitting work and frequently supervise others in the installation, alteration, and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, ventilating, heating control, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Successful completion of a 2‑year New York State Trades Specialist Plumber or Steamfitter training program; or completion of an equivalent 2‑year plumbing program or apprenticeship; or 4 years of full‑time experience under a journey‑level plumber providing equivalent training. Apprenticeship training or technical courses may substitute year for year.
