Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Manage daily collections and maintain strong customer relationships.* Respond to credit-related inquiries via phone and email.* Support customers onboarding digital platforms and resolve payment issues.* Enforce Builders Lien and Payment Bond rights in coordination with Credit Management.* Contribute to reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving credit KPIs.**What Are We Looking For*** 2+ years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of credit processes.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service excellence.**Work Environment**This position is based in an office setting with regular interaction across departments.
