What You’ll Do
Frame, drywall, finish, and trim with precision and pride.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings like a pro.
Measure, cut, and shape materials efficiently and accurately.
Maintain safe, organized, and top-quality worksites.
Collaborate with project managers and tradespeople to bring projects to life.
Solve challenges on the fly because no two projects are ever the same.
What We’re Looking For
Proven carpentry experience (residential and commercial a big plus).
Skilled with tools, equipment, and materials.
Able to read blueprints and follow technical plans.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.
Reliable, flexible, and a great communicator.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
