Lamination:
Working with fiberglass, resin, and other materials to build hulls, decks, liners, and small composite parts, ensuring high quality and meeting weekly production goals. Responsible for inspecting and cleaning molds. Assembly:
Joining fiberglass components using adhesive and mechanical methods, mounting parts according to production orders, and installing hardware and components such as fuel tanks, fittings, and rails. Finishing:
Grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing fiberglass parts to fix defects, finishing gel coat blemishes, and repairing surfaces with appropriate abrasives and paints. Rigging:
Installing interior and exterior boat parts, including engines, electrical, plumbing, and hardware, using hand tools, air tools, and power tools. Qualifications & Skills
At least 1+ year of relevant experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED is a plus. Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and quality standards. Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling, hand tools, lifts, and cranes. Mechanically inclined with basic carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical skills. Dependable with reliable transportation. Physical ability to handle lifting, bending, climbing, and working in high temperatures with PPE. Compensation & Benefits
