Responsibilities:

● Assist Loan Officers in managing loan applications and documentation throughout the loan process. ● Prepare and organize loan files, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate. ● Communicate with clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on the loan application status. ● Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for Loan Officers and clients. ● Coordinate and gather necessary information for loan submissions, such as credit checks and employment verifications. ● Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy before submission to underwriting. ● Collaborate with the processing team to ensure timely and efficient loan processing. ● Assist in preparing loan proposals and packages for submission to lenders. ● Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of client information and loan details. ● Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. ● Assist in calculating loan estimates, interest rates, and repayment schedules. ● Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing emails and phone calls. ● Help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. ● Assist Loan Officers in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events. ● Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Loan Officer or management. Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. ● Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is advantageous. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills. ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer applications. ● Attention to detail and accuracy. ● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ● Knowledge of the mortgage industry and loan processing procedures is a plus. ● Customer-oriented attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service. ● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
