Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
Pay: $21/hr + Bonuses

Position Overview We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented
Leasing Agent
to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will play a key role in guiding them through the leasing process—from first inquiry to signed lease.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and voicemail inquiries
Schedule all appointments using Outlook Calendar
Greet prospects and explain available apartment options based on their needs (price, size, location, etc.)
Show model apartments to prospective residents
Accurately enter and track prospect information in MRI system
Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed, signed properly, and application fees are collected (no cash)
Use external systems to process credit and background checks with accuracy and care
Prepare daily and weekly rental reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with MRI or similar property management software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with sensitive personal data
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, responsible, and well-presenting
