Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage and develop the repair plan.
Disassemble damaged body panels.
Assist Estimator in repair methods and plans.
Measure vehicles using electronic systems.
Complete welding assignments per specifications.
Inspect for and ensure quality control for all repairs prior to painting and after re‑assembly.
Qualifications
Excellent understanding and experience of automotive collision repair.
I‑CAR certification.
Bi‑lingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly desirable.
Desire to achieve consumer satisfaction scoring at or above company‑required levels.
Excellent verbal & non‑verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem‑solve.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Valid U.S. government‑issued driver’s license, safe driving record and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test.
