Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage and develop the repair plan.
Disassemble damaged body panels.
Assist the estimator in repair methods and plans.
Measure vehicle using electronic systems.
Complete welding assignments per specifications.
Inspect for and ensure quality control of all repairs prior to painting and after re‑assembly.
Qualifications
Excellent understanding and experience of automotive collision repair.
I‑CAR certification.
Bi‑lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
Desire to achieve consumer satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
Excellent verbal and non‑verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem‑solve.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid U.S. government‑issued driver’s license and safe driving record; eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test.
