The Business Development Specialist will coordinate with the Producer as necessary for prospects' needs. This role will work closely with the Sales Leader and Production team.**Skills & Experience to Be Successful:**

Experience in the insurance industry with a strong emphasis in commercial lines insurance preferred but not required.Effective written and verbal communication skills. This Position requires routine travel which may require the team member to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
