Job Description: Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-first, detail-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team! You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. ✨
Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create confidence will directly contribute to the level of service our customers expect from the Vision brand.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care
Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately
Translate technical information clearly and honestly
Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s visit
️ Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service
Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials
✅ Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction
Follow up after service to build long-term relationships
What You’ll Need:
♂️ Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication + problem-solving skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
