Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.We’re looking for a motivated **Business Development Manager** to spearhead sales efforts for our architecture, engineering, and field services within our Wireless division. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals.**Location:** Mountain Ltd. Office orRemote (if not within commutable distance)**Key Responsibilities:*** Identify and pursue new business opportunities in wireless telecom, focusing on A&E and field services* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at telecom carriers, OEMs, and infrastructure providers* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to client needs* Represent Mountain Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and client meetings* Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy* Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts with professionalism**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of business development experience in wireless telecom* Proven track record consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.* Strong understanding of telecom architecture, engineering, and field services* Established network of industry contacts and clients, preferably direct relationships with the major wireless carriers and national tower operators.* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams* The preferred candidate will also have a foundational understanding of AI concepts and data center infrastructure.* This role requires 25% to 50% travel as needed to client offices, industry events, and conferences.**Education:**Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.Thank you for your interest in Mountain Ltd.
