Mountain Ltd. has an opening for a Wireless Business Development Manager! Since 1979, Mountain Ltd. has successfully created and supported turnkey engineering solutions for traditional and wireless telecom providers across the United States. We are a national leader in the industry, providing high-quality engineering, on-time service delivery, and skilled personnel paired with innovative technology and creative solutions. Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts for our architecture, engineering, and field services within our Wireless division. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals.
Location:
Mountain Ltd. Office or Remote (if not within commutable distance)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in wireless telecom, focusing on A&E and field services
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at telecom carriers, OEMs, and infrastructure providers
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to client needs
Represent MountainLtd. at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts with professionalism
Qualifications
5+ years of business development experience in wireless telecom
Proven track record consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of telecom architecture, engineering, and field services
Established network of industry contacts and clients, preferably direct relationships with the major wireless carriers and national tower operators.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
The preferred candidate will also have a foundational understanding of AI concepts and data center infrastructure.
This role requires 25% to 50% travel as needed to client offices, industry events, and conferences.
Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
