IT Support - FT Location Flexible Full-time
Conduct pre-sales sessions to understand client needs and propose ERP solutions.
Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering.
Understand business requirements, GAP analysis, and system design.
Oversee the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and go-live.
Develop process flows, prototypes, and functional documentation (BRDs).
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with developers for customizations and integrations.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure performance and security standards.
Mentor junior consultants and business analysts.
Key Skills
Education: MBA, CA, or a professional degree in a related field. Experience: Minimum 2+ years in ERPNext experience Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ERPNext and certification of ERPNext is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Customer Focus: High service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
