BCC Advisers is looking to hire a full-time financial analyst to join our business valuation team. Candidates should have familiarity with financial statements, possess proficient analytical skills, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication ability.
Analyst responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of business valuations for corporate clients, including analyses utilizing multiple valuation methods and approaches Prepare complex financial analyses and models Conduct industry, economic, and company research and analysis for client engagements and document research and conclusions in concise, well‑written narratives Coordinate with clients to gather and compile necessary information Maintain an organized system for managing client information and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and consistency of written conclusions Manage proprietary valuation databases Continuously develop and expand knowledge and understanding of business valuation industry standards, concepts, and methodologies Work towards obtaining the education and qualifications necessary to earn relevant professional certifications Desired skills/experience
Finance or accounting background preferred Financial analysis and DCF modeling experience Strong technical skills in finance, accounting, financial analysis, and financial modeling Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence Strong organizational abilities with a high level of accountability, capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting work priorities Respect for client confidentiality and upholding professional standards Location
