162128**Job Summary**We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 4–7 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee support across benefits and payroll functions.**Key Responsibilities*** Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401(k), and leaves of absence (LOA).* Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll, delivering white-glove service.* Process semi-monthly and monthly multi-state payrolls for 150+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.* Maintain and update payroll and benefits data in Workday* Partner with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit offerings, resolve escalations, and support annual renewals.* Coordinate and present benefits during open enrollment, ensuring clear communication and accurate enrollment.* Conduct benefits audits, including 5500 filings, invoice reconciliations, and quarterly reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.* Prepare and manage employment verifications, payroll reports, and tax reconciliations.* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations.* Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.* Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements for payroll and benefits administration.* Run-ad-hoc and month-end reports for HR, Finance, and leadership teams.* Support special projects and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed.**Required Skills and Qualifications*** 4–7 years of combined experience in benefits and payroll administration.* Strong knowledge of Workday and/or ADP systems preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).* CEBS certification is a plus.* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field preferred.The base salary range for this position is:$110,000 - $130,000Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.locations:
