Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level CAD Drafter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in design and drafting. The successful candidate will support the design team by creating accurate technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or senior drafters.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 2D and/or 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Interpret sketches, technical drawings, and specifications to develop design documents.
Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, designers, or supervisors.
Ensure all drawings adhere to company and industry standards.
Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff.
Basic knowledge of design principles and construction or manufacturing processes is preferred.
Preferred Skills (not required)
Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical schematics.
