Requirements:
Candidates must adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message, belong to a Southern Baptist Convention church, and meet the spiritual qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7. Ideal Candidate:
A man of God who researches sermons thoroughly, is personable with church members and the local community, and maintains regular office hours along with home/hospital visits as appropriate. Attendance at meetings with the Enterprise Baptist Association and the Kentucky Baptist Convention is expected. Experience & Education:
Candidates are recommended to have at least five years of experience as an associate pastor and some seminary or equivalent education, though these are not mandatory. Salary will depend on experience and education. Application Process:
