Manage daily collections and maintain strong customer relationships. Respond to credit-related inquiries via phone and email. Support customers onboarding digital platforms and resolve payment issues. Enforce Builders Lien and Payment Bond rights in coordination with Credit Management. Contribute to reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving credit KPIs. What Are We Looking For
2+ years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of credit processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service excellence. Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting with regular interaction across departments. It requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. What We Offer
