Position Overview:
The Legal Intake Specialist and Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key first point of contact for our potential clients. This hybrid role combines intake and client onboarding with front-desk responsibilities, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience for all who engage with our firm—whether in person, by phone, or virtually. This team member is responsible for handling new client inquiries, managing the intake pipeline, and providing reception coverage during in-office days. You’ll be the voice and face of our firm—setting the tone for each client relationship. What You\'ll Need to Succeed:
Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills High-level organization and attention to detail Professionalism in both client interaction and presentation Tech savvy and able to learn systems quickly Ability to manage multiple responsibilities calmly and efficiently Empathy and excellent communication skills A genuine desire to help clients navigate emotional legal matters Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake & SDR Duties
Respond to new client inquiries with empathy and professionalism Pre-qualify leads, perform conflict checks, and schedule consultations Guide potential clients through the intake funnel; follow up with leads who haven’t converted Prepare intake reports and maintain clear documentation in our systems Educate clients on services and set realistic expectations Assist with onboarding new clients after engagement Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival Answer and route incoming calls in a polished, professional manner Manage front office appearance and ensure a welcoming environment Receive deliveries, handle mail, and assist with administrative office tasks Support attorneys and staff with occasional clerical needs
Salary: $45,000 – $70,000 based on experience and qualifications Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer matching Flexible Spending Account Optional Life and Disability Insurance Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM About Moskowitz Law Group, LLC:
