This position will be on site at our facility located in Cisco, TX.

Position Summary This role supports various operational aspects including GIS data maintenance, real estate marketing, invoice processing, and light fieldwork. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of office and field experience, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Roles / Responsibilities

GIS – Maintaining and updating databases

Marketing – Maintaining real estate listings and social media marketing

Invoices – Creating, tracking, and submitting invoices for various clients and projects

Knowledge and processes for providing customer and personal services

Field Work – Meeting contractors at property to ensure accurate and timely delivery of jobs; walking property boundaries, maintaining feeders and other assets on properties

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education, Experience, And Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent

Sensitive to confidential information

Basic computer skills

Skills in Microsoft Excel

Preferred – Understanding of real estate and/or title work

Preferred – Experience with GIS software

Working Conditions

Bending, prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Positions self to install equipment, including under desks

Moves throughout the building to access files

Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions

Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions

Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed

Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers
