This role supports various operational aspects including GIS data maintenance, real estate marketing, invoice processing, and light fieldwork. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of office and field experience, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. Key Roles / Responsibilities

GIS – Maintaining and updating databases Marketing – Maintaining real estate listings and social media marketing Invoices – creating, tracking and submitting invoices for various clients and projects Knowledge and processes for providing customer and personal services Field Work - Meet contractors at property to ensure accurate and timely delivery of jobs. Walk property boundaries, maintain feeders and other assets on properties Perform other duties as assigned Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent Sensitive to confidential information Basic Computer skills Skills in Microsoft Excel Preferred – Understanding of real estate and/or title work Preferred – Experience with GIS software Working Conditions
