Become a valued member of The Collective Company, an expanding and vibrant real estate team based in Chesterfield, MO. As a Showing Assistant, you will be instrumental in assisting our agents by organizing and leading property showings, delivering a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. Responsibilities
Assist real estate agents by scheduling and conducting property showings for prospective buyers and renters
Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and efficient property visits
Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback for agent review
Support open house events by preparing properties and greeting visitors
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions
Stay informed about current market trends and property availability within the Chesterfield area
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
We offer training, systems, and support to give you the tools to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications
Ability to navigate and show properties efficiently and professionally
Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred but not required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of the Chesterfield, MO real estate market is an advantage
