What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Louisville, KY. You will be responsible for managing leads, conducting property tours, and helping prospective residents find the perfect apartment. You will also handle lease paperwork and build strong relationships with current residents. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property tours and guide potential residents in choosing the right unit Follow up on leads and manage resident inquiries Prepare leasing documents in compliance with property standards Manage the collection of rent payments, security deposits, and application fees Build strong rapport with residents for personalized service Monitor and promote property amenities Maintain a high closing ratio and exceed sales goals Weekend availability required Ideal Candidate Will Have: Self-motivation and a passion for exceeding expectations Strong organization, multitasking, and time management abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow in the role No experience is required, but leasing or sales experience is a plus.
