Floating Leasing Agent This full‑time role provides exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. The agent will be shared across all Sunrise properties and reassigned as needed, reporting to the Regional Manager and working Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm and Saturdays as required.
Requirements: previous leasing or assistant‑manager experience at an apartment community, excellent sales and customer‑service skills, strong communication, and ability to accommodate reassignments.

Essential Functions
Use sales and customer‑service skills when assisting prospects, residents, and coworkers.
Maintain utmost professionalism.
Communicate the benefits of the community, responding to leads by phone, in‑person, and in writing.
Lead apartment tours.
Screen prospective residents.
Keep accurate, detailed records in Entrata property‑management software.
Assist residents with questions or requests.
Comply with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.
Maintain productive relationships with the Property Manager, site team, and all coworkers.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Prior leasing/assistant‑manager experience at an apartment community, with strong sales, customer‑service, and office experience.
Excellent customer service, sales, and problem‑solving skills.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Detail‑oriented and accurate in paperwork and reports.
Cannot be a resident of a Sunrise‑managed community.
If holding a real‑estate license, willing to transfer it to Sunrise Management & Consulting.
Valid New York State driver’s license and own vehicle required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour

Lift objects up to 25 lbs without assistance.
Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
