Leasing Agent
The Leasing Agent is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and driving sales at Adams Park Apartments in Albany, NY. Candidates should have previous experience in customer service and sales, and knowledge of property management software.
Schedule In‑office Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with alternating Saturdays.
Essential Functions
Use excellent sales and customer service skills when assisting prospects, residents, and coworkers.
Display the utmost professionalism.
Communicate the benefits of the apartment community, responding to leads by phone, in‑person, and in writing.
Lead tours of apartments.
Screen prospective residents.
Keep accurate and detailed records and use Entrata property‑management software.
Assist residents with questions or other requests.
Comply with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.
Maintain productive and professional relationships with the Property Manager, site team, and all other coworkers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Some previous relevant experience in apartment leasing and customer service.
Excellent customer service, sales, and problem‑solving skills.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Detail‑oriented and able to accurately prepare paperwork and reports.
Cannot be a resident of a Sunrise‑managed apartment community.
If the candidate holds a real‑estate license, they must be willing to transfer their license to Sunrise Management & Consulting.
Must have a valid, clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
