A busy personal injury law firm in Irvine, California, is seeking a dependable and organized Spanish‑speaking Legal Assistant to join our team. This is a full‑time, in‑office position assisting case managers and attorneys with daily case handling, client communication, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and insurance claims
Draft, mail, and track correspondence, letters, and settlement checks
Open new claims and maintain communication with insurance adjusters
Handle property damage claims and assist clients with repairs or reimbursements
Electronically file court documents and maintain organized digital case files
Take client calls and provide clear, professional updates
Assist with case openings, document management, and general office support
Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required
Prior personal injury or legal office experience preferred
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong interpersonal and client service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software (Litify, Filevine, or Needles) is a plus
Must be available full‑time, in‑office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
