What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Previous leasing experience preferred; customer service, hospitality, or sales backgrounds also welcome
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; social media experience (especially Facebook and Instagram) is helpful
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
Saturday availability is required
Key Responsibilities
Tour prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
Prepare and complete lease agreements and collect deposits
Maintain accurate resident and property records
Build relationships within the community to support marketing
Ensure vacant apartments are clean and tour-ready
Respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly
Conduct property inspections and support day-to-day operations
Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
