Collections Team ! We’re looking for motivated professionals to help customers resolve delinquent auto loan accounts while delivering top-notch service. What You’ll Do
Contact and assist customers with past-due accounts Negotiate payment solutions in compliance with FDCPA and collection laws Maintain accurate account records and documentation Meet performance goals in a supportive, team-driven environment What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented with solid math & organizational ability Knowledge of collection laws (FDCPA) preferred Training & Schedule
5 weeks of paid training (Hybrid)
– In-office Tue–Thu Mon–Thu: 11 AM–8 PM or 12 PM–9 PM MST Fri: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM MST Sat (rotation): What We Offer
All equipment provided Hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office per week after training) Seniority level
