We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellence in maintenance and property management. Key Responsibilities:
Sheetrock Repairs: Patch holes, cracks, and other imperfections in walls and ceilings. Taping and Floating. Painting: Perform interior painting, including touch-ups, full-room repainting, and trim work (without the use of painters tape). Carpentry: Complete minor carpentry tasks, such as repairing or replacing baseboards, door frames, and cabinetry. Basic Plumbing: Address minor plumbing issues, such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures. General Handyman Tasks: Conduct basic repairs and maintenance as needed, including light electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets or light fixtures). Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure units meet company standards before new tenants move in. Collaboration: Work closely with property managers and other maintenance team members to ensure timely unit turnover. Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory of supplies and tools. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications:
