Mass Markets . Position Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for call center representatives to support our "Get Out the Vote" initiative. In this role, you will make outbound phone calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election. Ideal candidates will be comfortable representing the Republican Party, have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and be highly reliable. Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally Understand customer needs and resolve issues Research systems for missing information; coordinate with departments Follow client program processes and perform tasks professionally Utilize systems and technology for account management Document and process customer claims accurately Follow scripts, policies, and procedures Use knowledge base and training to answer questions Maintain confidentiality of personal information Escalate issues appropriately Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving Attend training and meetings to stay updated Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess: Must be 18 or older High school diploma or equivalent Experience with data entry and computer use Fluent in reading and speaking English Wired high-speed internet (20Mbps+) Strong organizational and communication skills Typing speed of 20+ WPM Ability to work scheduled shifts including training Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Reliable with good attendance Ability to troubleshoot and follow up on issues Customer service-oriented with empathy and patience Ability to multi-task and self-manage Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, work-from-home experience, or federal/state work experience.
