MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in tailored solutions for our clients. We are seeking call center representatives to support our "Get Out the Vote" initiative, making outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election. Ideal candidates are comfortable representing the Republican Party, possess excellent communication skills, are eager to learn, and highly reliable. Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues Research systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments Follow client processes and perform tasks professionally Utilize systems and technology for account management Document and process customer claims accurately Follow scripts, policies, and procedures Use knowledge base and training to answer questions Maintain confidentiality of information Escalate issues appropriately Achieve first call resolution through problem-solving Attend training and stay updated on program changes Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements Qualifications
Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, experience with data entry, fluent in English, reliable high-speed internet (20Mbps+), excellent communication skills, typing speed of 20+ WPM, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, reliable attendance, customer service orientation, ability to multitask, and team-oriented attitude. Preferred: 1 year experience in customer service or related fields, remote work experience, federal or state work experience. Compensation & Benefits
