
Job Title: Capital Markets Paralegal
Our client, a premier international law firm, is seeking a
Capital Markets Paralegal
to join their team. The position is
hybrid
and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in
Manhattan .
Job Responsibilities
Manage the Form 10-K process from start to finish.
Prepare approximately 350 reports every 2 weeks for clients.
Ensure all reports are filed in a timely manner.
Gather information regarding operations, risk factors, and financial statements by collaborating with clients and partners.
Maintain and track deal information.
Manage and coordinate closings, review, and preparation of closing documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm.
Knowledge of the Form 10-K process and submission.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with others.
Salary Range $125,000 to $150,000.
