Join our growing Team as a Full Time Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc. in Austin, TX!
This position is eligible for our brand new
Texas Stay Program , which is designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date.
Position:
Leasing Associate, full time, 40 hours per week. Mon-Friday and weekends
Location:
La Cima, our 260-unit multi-family affordable residential community located in Austin, TX 78744
Hours:
A combination of days during regular property office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00-6:00pm, and Saturday's 10:00am-4:00pm. Schedule details will be discussed during interview process.
What we are looking for:
Candidates with 1-3 years or more Leasing experience within a multi-family residential environment, affordable/LIHTC/TDHC preferred
Impeccable customer and resident service skills, team player, and wants to learn and grow
Experience using Yardi property management software products
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities:
Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
Create and distribute marketing materials
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, multi-family leasing experience
Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
Skills & Certifications: Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills; strong work ethic and customer focus; responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude; attention to detail/follow‑up technique; performance‑driven with an embrace of growth and change; problem‑solving skills and reliability; professional demeanor and personable phone voice; ability to thrive in a customer‑focused, team environment
Valid Driver’s License required
