Leasing Associate
to join our awesome team in Brandon, FL. Position: Leasing Associate Location: Lake Kathy, our 360-unit affordable residential community in Brandon, FL 33510 Here are the key qualifications we are looking for: 1-2 years experience leasing, marketing, advertising within a multi-family residential community, preferably Affordable Experience using Yardi property management software, proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent resident service skills Excellent communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish a plus! Here is what we offer: Competitive base hourly pay, monthly lease/renewal certification bonus and yearly annual performance review process Day time schedules, 40 hours per week, full-time Employee benefits and programs, weekends (Saturday's) may be required or rotation Excellent career growth opportunities as we continue to grow our team in Florida and other states across the country!
