Leasing Associate (Lease-Up)
Location:
Carson Crossing, our brand new 288-unit multi-family residential community in Austin, TX, 78744!
Texas Stay Bonus Program
(eligible for brand new “Texas Stay Program”, designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way). You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months $1,000.00, after one year of service $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date.
Skills / Experience We Are Looking For:
Candidates with experience new construction, lease-up communities
Experience leasing/marketing mixed communities of affordable, market, and conventional.
Proven track record of achieving high resident satisfaction results, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
Flexibility to work weekend shifts/rotation, especially during Lease-Up phase

Responsibilities:
Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
Create and distribute marketing materials
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, multi-family leasing experience with new construction
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and customer focus
Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
Attention to detail/follow-up technique
Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
Problem-solving skills and reliability
Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
Valid Driver’s License required
