Our client in Madison, Wisconsin is looking for a full-time Leasing Agent who will show and lease available apartments in the beautiful community.
Job Responsibilities
All sales activities from lead follow-up to lease signing
Schedule appointments with prospective residents
Lead community tours and apartment showings
Prepare and complete lease documents and move-in paperwork
Provide excellent customer service to new and current residents
Qualifications Job Qualifications (Required):
3-5 years of prior leasing experience
High school degree or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Good attention to detail, ability to multi-task, confidence, and good computer skills
