Escrow Assistant
in Irving, TX!
Pay rate: $19/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, 8:30a-5:30p or 9a-6p (TBD)

Responsibilities
Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings
Assists in clearing title and prepares residential escrow files for closing
Assists Escrow Offices with business development and customer service
Prepares documents of all types of residential transactions, such as wraps, assignments, mobile homes, and works up simple closing statements
May provide work direction to other escrow support staff
Education / Certification Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Experience Requirements
2+ years of Escrow experience
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Experience in handling complex residential transactions
