Responsibilities

File & Closing Preparation: Assist the Commercial Escrow team with complex residential and commercial title clearance and document processing.

Document Management: Prepare specialized closing documents, including assignments, wraps, and mobile home titles.

Stakeholder Support: Provide high-touch customer service to clients and internal stakeholders while supporting Senior Escrow Officers.

Operational Guidance: Help manage escrow files from start to finish and provide mentorship to junior administrative staff.

Qualifications

Proven Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated Escrow Assistant experience is strictly required.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of escrow processes, closing documentation, and complex residential transactions.

Professionalism: Ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks with extreme attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $25.00/hr

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% Onsite)

Pay Details:

$25.00 per hour
