We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Batesville. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our members receive their orders accurately and efficiently, contributing to Thrive Market's mission of promoting healthy living. Your efforts will directly impact our commitment to sustainability and community support. This role is Part Time - Temporary. You select your shift and hours, between 6 - 24 hours weekly.

Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and updates.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Assist in receiving shipments and organizing products within the warehouse.
Support the training of new associates as needed.
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere focused on achieving goals.
Qualifications
Prior logistics, fulfillment, or similar industry experience preferred
Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
Ability to work overtime during peak periods
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hand-held scanners
Honest with the highest integrity
