Serve as a compliance resource for day-to-day processes
Act as the primary contact for initiating and coordinating compliance projects
Conduct periodic assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Oversee the day-to-day health plan policies and procedures to ensure federal and state regulatory compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of compliance or regulatory experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of business operations related to managed care
Strong analytical skills to determine the best course of action for inquiries and problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a healthcare-related compliance role
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid Regulatory requirements
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
