The Role: What You'll Do
At Mr. Rogers Windows, we’re looking for passionate, outgoing promoters to join our growing team and be the face of our brand. This isn’t your typical desk job—it’s a chance to get out, engage with the public, and be rewarded for your hustle.
Represent Mr. Rogers Windows at exciting events, retail locations, and community gatherings, and door to door.
Engage with the public to generate excitement and build meaningful connections with potential clients.
Educate consumers on the features and benefits of our products/services through engaging conversations.
Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into appointments.
Help set up and maintain professional, eye-catching displays and promotional materials.

Requirements
18 years of age or older
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for 4+ hours during events
Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
