
Overview
Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for a Marketing Manager with proven leadership in direct response marketing. You’ll lead a team that runs measurable digital campaigns and guide creative ad development. Beyond digital, you’ll lead unconventional efforts, event marketing, neighborhood outreach, and community projects. Strong organization is a must. You’ll juggle multiple campaigns and help lead the team to hit clear, data-driven goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive lead generation
Track performance from inbound leads through ROI reporting
Lead content strategy and production across all digital platforms
Oversee digital advertising, email marketing, website content, social media, print, and direct mail
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
Research and implement new digital marketing tools and trends
Support Event, Neighborhood, and Community Marketing initiatives
Assist the Marketing Director in coaching, and developing Non-Traditional Managers and their teams
Manage special marketing projects as assigned
This is an in person position located in Chesapeake VA
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in multimedia, digital, and consumer marketing
5+ years of people management experience
Proven success managing large budgets and performance-driven campaigns
Strong communication, writing, and project management skills
Knowledge of current digital and social media trends
Ability to foster team collaboration and encourage individual successes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Direct Response Marketing experience a plus

$80,000 annual salary + performance-based bonus
