University Kia is looking for enthusiastic self‑starters with a passion for Customer Service. We want you to be part of our team. The Customer Service Representative must be an individual who understands today’s technologies; who can communicate in a clear and efficient manner with customers through phone, email and internet in order to schedule appointments. The CSR is the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Full and part‑time positions available.
Responsibilities
Answering phones and manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, while delivering exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments by following communication scripts and processes of Greenway DCJR
Maintain up to date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions
Accurately complete all transaction paperwork
Identify customers’ needs, collect customer information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Attend staff meetings, training and educational classes as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong computer/internet, mobile/smart phone, and social media skills
Previous experience in a customer support role
Highly motivated self‑starter with an outgoing, customer‑oriented personality
Excellent problem‑solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors and staff
Outstanding phone and communications skills
Willing to work with the public on a daily basis
Neat, clean and professional appearance
Ability to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferred
Ability to multi‑, set priorities and manage time effectively
