As the full-time Associate Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always nails their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence. You have a passion for driving sales: as a Leader on Duty (LOD), you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. You analyze reporting and daily trends to inform strategic decisions and develop short- and long-term plans to drive KPIs. People leadership: motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values. Model accountability to uphold customer service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room. Talent development: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs; train and develop your team to sustain outstanding service. Team development: provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching, conduct team touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews, and drive associate engagement. Operational excellence: execute and improve daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and meet Brand Standards. Integrity and compliance: maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If
