Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy
Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
Package and send out fast, warm, correct delivery orders
Handle cash and payments accurately, ensuring no shortages or overages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills & Experience:
Customer service experience (preferred)
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
Ambitious attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
