Valet - Lexus of Cool Springs

Lexus of Cool Springs has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time Service Valet. We are looking for someone that enjoys meeting people and assisting them. PAY RATE $16/HR, $17 AFTER 90 DAYS BENEFITS: Health and dental insurance Closed every Sunday and all major holidays Paid vacation days Paid Lexus training Vehicle reimbursement program IRA match program Christmas club program JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Greets and welcomes clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and assist them to the appropriate advisor or location Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed Installs disposable seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service Inspects each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service for lot damage Drives vehicle through automatic car wash and light vacuuming Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Follows all safety and security procedures Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 19 years old. No experience necessary. We are willing to train Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Highly professional and dependable Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Must be customer service oriented Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond High school diploma or GED preferred

All applicants must be at least 19 years old with 3 years of driving experience, able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver's license
